All visitors to the Website agree not to:

• use the Website for any purpose which breaks international law;
• use the Website for any purpose which breaks the laws of either the United States of America (where the Website is hosted), or of the United Kingdom;
• use the Website, or any information on the Website, as a means of attack on the hosting ISP;
• cause any of our email addresses to be added to any mailing lists;
• use our guestbook for promotional purposes, for example to advertise products or chargeable services;
• copy images without the approval of the copyright holder;

Item 1: What you are agreeing to by registering

1. you will not load an image onto the Website unless you own the copyright to that image;
2. we may arbitrarily remove any, or all, of your images without prior warning;
3. you will provide a valid personal email address at registration, and you will maintain that address on this Website as necessary;
4. by loading images onto the Website you are giving us permission to modify the control information held for them;
5. the images on the Website are of wild, captive, or domestic animals and plants (site 1), and buildings (site 2), images you load will fall into the same categories;
6. as a general guideline, image filesize should not exceed 300KB;

Item 2: What we will do

1. we will endeavour to keep any personal details we hold private and confidential;
2. we will use your name only for the purposes of identification of you ownership of image copyright, and in communications with you;
3. we will not use any address details you supply except as a means of grouping registered users, you are not required to provide any address details;
4. if you agree, we may send you email about things happening on, or directly relating to, the Website;
5. we will allow you access to form email for contacting us, and for contacting any other members who permit such emails (this facility may only be used for communications relevant to the Website);
6. we will not add you to, or cause you to be added to, any other mailing lists;
7. we will allow you to load images onto the Website, currently there is no limit on the number of images you may load;
8. we will provide you with facilities for changing your permissions and other registration details;
9. if you request us to remove any of your images, we will endeavour to do so within three working days;
10. when an image is loaded onto the web-site:
    1. all EXIF, IPTC,and other unnecessary control data will be removed;
    2. a thumbnail version of the image will be produced;
    3. if the image exceeds certain size limits, one or more smaller versions of it will be produced;
    4. copyright and other information about the image will be added visibly and, or, invisibly;
    5. there may be times when we subject images to a moderation processs, at such times an image is not visible to other users until we have viewed them for suitability, we will endeavour to carry out this task within one working day;
11. we will not put copies of your images onto other websites, however backup copies will be made by us and by our ISP;
