Calopteryx splendens (Harris, 1782) [dbid 121]
Are found at rest on waterside vegetation, particularly on reeds. Occurs from Britain and southern Scandinavia through most of northern Europe. Some sub-species extend the coverage through Spain, Portugal, east Mediterranean.
