| Tritomegas bicolor Linnaeus, 1758 [dbid 21670] (6mm) A ground dweller that climbs its food plant, iit is typically found in hedgerows, waste ground, and woodland fringes. In warm weather it can also be found in trees. The larvae feed on seeds of White Dead-nettle, Lamium alba, Black Horehound, Ballota nigra, etc. Larvae May through September. Adults all year round. |
